Dr. Sherrie Crittle serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer. She is a native of Jackson, TN and earned her B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Martin. She earned her Masters in Human Resources and Doctorate in Healthcare Administration from Central Michigan University. He background includes 25 plus years of experience as an HR Executive for healthcare and behavioral health companies in Memphis and Nashville, TN as well as serving as an adjunct professor for Belhaven College. She is SHRM-SCP certified and active in local SHRM chapters.
Her approach to her role is grounded in her deep passion for being the liaison between strategic vision, organized process execution, and creating a work environment that fosters excellence, inclusion, and engagement. She champions for all employees to experience a truly great place to work with the well-being and growth of employees as a driving force in their professional journey.
When not working in her professional capacity, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, serving in her local church, public speaking, being an advocate for communities, and traveling.
