Chauncy Graham is an attorney who specializes in personal injury. Chauncy graduated from the University of Mississippi with a B.S. in Political Science in 2014. He then went on to study law at Southern Illinois University where he graduated in 2017 with a Juris Doctorate and continued on to Loyola University Chicago where he graduated in 2023 with a Master of Laws in Child and Family Law. Chauncy was admitted to practice law in the state of Illinois in 2017 and has been practicing law ever since. Subsequently, he was admitted to practice in Arkansas and his license to practice is pending in Tennessee.
He has represented clients in cases involving all types of civil and criminal law. Chauncy has transformed contentious break-ups into amicable divorces, reunited children with their parents, protected victims from abusers, assured children receive assets of their deceased parent’s estate, helped the wrongfully terminated hold their past employers accountable, freed the wrongfully accused from the criminal justice system, and stood against mega-corporations to defend the rights of tenants all over the country. He strives to make all of his clients feel like they have a full legal dream team working towards their goals.
When he isn’t fighting for the rights of his clients, Chauncy enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, spending time with friends and family and serving his community with his brothers of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
