Attorney Ted Cummins, Chief Administrative Officer for the Reaves Law Firm, PLLC, is licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, Middle District of Tennessee, and Eastern District of Tennessee.
Mr. Cummins was born and raised in Massachusetts and attended Stonehill College, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in finance, with a minor in economics.
He received his law degree from New England School of Law. After his first year of law school, Mr. Cummins received the honor of being named one of the law school’s New England Scholars. He also served on the New England Law Review. Upon completion of his second year of service on the Law Review, he was named Editor of the Year. Mr. Cummins graduated Cum Laude in 2005.
Upon graduation, Mr. Cummins moved to Tennessee, and began practicing real property transactions. He later transitioned to the representation of primarily mortgage creditors in the context of bankruptcy, as well as other default-related matters. This experience has provided him with extensive knowledge in those areas.
Mr. Cummins joined Reaves Law Firm, PLLC to utilize all of his knowledge, skills, and experience and help in making a difference in the lives of others.
