Temiika D. Gipson is a Memphis native who exudes excellence. She served on the Executive Board as Parliamentarian and Chair of Governance with Memphis Shelby PAL as well as an Intercessory Lead for Tennessee Governmental Prayer Alliance. Temiika believes in Memphis. As an independent John Maxwell Coach, Speaker and Teacher, and Certified Public Administrator, it is Temiika’s highest objective to help others reach their purpose, vision, and goals; both professionally and personally. She also enjoys one-on-one coaching and mentoring.
Temiika is an ordained Minister, Professional Intercessory Advocate, and Prophetic Advisor in the Christian faith, wherein, she has also developed leadership and ministry teams as a Ministry Consultant. In 2018, Temiika made history as the first elected female and African American Circuit Court Clerk in Shelby County. She retired after serving one term in public office and 29 years in Shelby County Government.
One of her greatest responsibilities and proudest achievements was raising four amazing children as a single mother. It is through this experience that she penned the book, Dear Grace: Letters to a Single Parent. Temiika is also the author of a prayer journal; Journaling My Prayers.
