A Memphis native, Victoria Cooper, received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2014. While attending UTC, she served as Secretary of the Circle K Community service organization and also joined Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, where she also served as secretary.
As a law student at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, she was a member of the Black Law Student Association and the Association of Women Attorneys where she served as Secretary and Vice-President. Victoria clerked for Shelby County Criminal Court Judges for two years prior to joining the Reaves Law Firm.
Victoria is the first in her family to graduate college, the first to attend and graduate law school, and the first to become a licensed attorney. Victoria is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Arkansas. Nevertheless, law has always been a path that she wanted to pursue, and more importantly felt blessed to do so in her hometown of Memphis, TN.
