Attorney Garth Carson is a litigation associate at Reaves Law Firm, PLLC where he primarily practices in the area of personal injury law focusing on motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, and commercial semi-truck litigation.
Mr. Carson attended The University of Memphis where he obtained a B.A. in Political Science in 2014. After his undergraduate education, Mr. Carson attended law school at the University Of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School Of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude in 2018. While in law school, Mr. Carson clerked for both Judge John T. Fowlkes at the United States District Court and Shelby County Probate Judge Karen D. Webster.
Prior to starting his legal education, Mr. Carson served as a corps member for AmeriCorps NCCC, where he served communities throughout the Southeast impacted by natural disasters, social and economic inequality, and failing infrastructure. During his time with Americorps, Mr. Carson accumulated over 1800 hours of community service, and received the Presidential Service Award and the Congressional Award for Service.
